John is the Managing Partner of E78 Partners and also serves Benessere as Chairman and CEO. John has deep experience in multi-unit retail operations, as well as mergers & acquisitions, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer for several management service organizations in the healthcare space. John “Lives Bene” through his commitment to eating healthy, living an active lifestyle and enjoying time with his family and friends.
Garrett Johnson
DIRECTOR & VICE PRESIDENT
Garrett serves as the VP and member of the board of Benessere. With over 10 years of sales and management experience as a lender, investor and operator, Garrett’s significant corporate and entrepreneurial experience will help Benessere achieve its growth plans and operating initiatives. Garrett “Lives Bene” through his passion for coaching people, creating a great team culture and ensuring a fantastic customer experience.
Michelle Signa
DIRECTOR of OPERATIONS
As the Director of Operations, Michelle is responsible for day-to-day clinic activities and driving top-quartile brand metrics. Prior to Benessere, Michelle co-founded and currently sits on the board of Signature Homes, a full-service real estate investment platform that has completed dozens of residential real estate transactions over the last decade. Michelle “Lives Bene” through her commitment and dedication to family, passion for yoga and total body care, and drive to building businesses.
Gary Modrow
DIRECTOR & VP of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Gary is a Partner of E78 Partners and also serves on Benessere’s Board of Directors. Gary brings a decade of finance and corporate development experience to Benessere, where he will focus on sourcing and executing acquisition opportunities. As a longtime resident of the Chicagoland area and an individual who is passionate about living a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle, Gary’s values align directly with the Company’s "Live Bene" culture.
Elizabeth Diaz
VP, SALES & OPERATIONS
Elizabeth has been with Massage Envy for seven years. Originally from Plainfield, IL, she is an integral part of the leadership team. Before joining Benessere, Elizabeth was Operations Manager for the Massage Envy Plainfield and Shorewood clinics where she was instrumental in driving performance and stellar growth in retail and memberships. Her care and love for others is felt by family, friends, employees, and community. Elizabeth frequently volunteers at her church and loves spending time with her husband and 2 children. She embodies the "Live Bene" culture though her holistic lifestyle.
